Branding Development for Riley Smith Group

The Riley Smith Group is a leader in South Florida’s real estate market with over $1 Billion in sales. My creative team at Compass was tasked with developing an ultra-unique brand design with a sleek luxury feel, including a new suite of logos, to match their superior level of market knowledge and strategic insight into the intricacies of selling and buying homes.
First, we met with the principal agents to kick off the conversation about their expectations. We wanted to know what makes RSG special, from their company history to where they see their future growing years ahead. Once we understood their unique brand proposition, our creative team quickly got started brainstorming directions that would wow both internal and external stakeholders.
We diligently incorporated their feedback and progressing business needs, and the RSG team was thrilled at the final direction we created. This direction was inspired by cyanotype prints, which tied into the theme of both capturing natural beauty and architecture details (cyanotypes are how architectural blueprints were historically created). After receiving their approval, we created a full set of branded assets and marketing materials from social posts, digital ads, stationery, and even a branded Freebee golf cart to take around town!
