Emma Cason-Pratt is an experienced Design Director with over a decade of demonstrated history leading creative marketing for start-ups and large corporations.

Her combined passions for art direction, graphic design and team management result in successfully strategizing from concept to final product within budget and on brand.

With devoted mentoring and direct report management skills for both in-person and remote employees, Emma is currently a Design Director at the agency Heartbeat, under Publicis Health. No task is too big or small, Emma takes on any project with a can-do mindset, solution-driven energy and she is an all-hands-on-deck team player.
